W小姐，十幾年前鼻部有受過傷，造成鼻子彎曲及鼻頭和鼻樑的線條不規則(Irregularity)。蕭彥彰醫師在分析完她鼻子的問題後，採用鼻外手術法(Open rhinoplasty)並採用兩段式混合鼻整形 (Chimeric Rhinoplasty)再利用鼻尖移植(Tip Graft)、鼻小柱移植(Columella Strut)、盾狀移植(Shield Graft)來進行鼻樑及鼻頭調整。採用I 字型的鼻模進行鼻樑的增高(Alloplastic implant for dorsum augmentation)以改善鼻樑的線條(Slope)。讓術後的鼻子更為立體協調(Harmony)。
